Selva worked with TSF Desarrollos and the RDR Architects studio to tell the story of Barlovento Towers. Taking the aesthetics of the building as the basis, we created a distinctive identity and produced a range of in-depth marketing materials, including a book, two films and a website, to transmit the vision of the Architects and the quality of life in the building.
General identity
Barlovento Towers identity is inspired by the feeling of lightness generated by the horizontal lines of the two towers. Designs that process timeless elegance and calm.

Through the lens
The images of interiors and facades reveal the impeccable attention to detail, the photographs complement the narrative of the lifestyle, surrounded by the Río de la Plata and the great green forests of the coast.
The great revelation
The project was revealed through the website, where the images and key messages occupy a central place. The site offers insight into all aspects of life in Barlovento Towers, including highlights of the neighborhood and its exclusive residential perks.

The brochure was an opportunity to tell the architectural project of Barlovento Towers in its entirety, its implementation in the landscape, the views from each type of apartment. Also including detailed floors and individual units plans.

In a series of films, the architect talks about the connection between the energy of nature and Barlovento Towers. Subtle shots capture the charm of the neighborhood and reveal the panoramic views of the apartments.
